EMDR
EMDR is a treatment that provides client's who have
experienced trauma with a gentle and effective way to reduce
symptoms of anxiety, flashbacks and intrusive memories
connected with a traumatic experience. EMDR trained
therapists use EMDR with traditional talk therapy.
