Host a Program Presentation

Choose from the educational options you want to present. If you want to present a film presentation – You can simply order the DVD.

If you would like the authors to be present – Invite us – Cost is dependent on travel time –

Our goal is to work with you to provide a program that fits your budget.

Your responsibilities:

Provide a place to show the film or workshop & set up the equipment.
Call us to arrange a base fee that fits your budget.
You are responsible for the agreed upon base cost – beyond that you keep 50% of the program profits.
Send out invitations and publicity –

As a host you can cover program costs by inviting participants. With enough participants you can actually make money for your community, agency, college or charity.

Our Responsibilities:

We will provide you with a press packet: brochures, letters and press releases.
We will book our plane fare and arrange housing
Provide an hour long question and answer period & an interactive, experiential 1 – 2 hour program (this is a choice).
You will receive a copy of the film as a gift.
Provide a book signing session – your program will receive $1.00 for every book sold.
